Terms and conditions
The refund will be applied to the same card as used for purchase, once cleared funds have been received. Cleared funds usually take 3 business working days.
Those customers entitled to the introductory offer will be contacted and made aware.
Those customers that are not contacted will not have been eligible for the offer.
Our first 5 customers will be announced on the Jaarts Blog within GDPR guidelines.
For any product returns to Jaarts, within 30 days of purchase date, where this offer has been applied, the customer will receive their net contribution. For the avoidance of doubt, the net contribution is the price of the items, plus postage, less the 20% introductory refund. For example, if the total cost (item cost + postage) is £100 and £20 has been refunded. The net contribution is £80. This is the amount that would be refunded to the customer.
This offer is limited to unique customers only. These are those customers who have made their first purchase with a unique identification address.
Overall, this offer is applied at the discretion of Jaarts.
